quality products and services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and

you may need to return an item. Please review our refund policy below to understand the
conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.

General Return Policy

We accept returns on most unopened, unused, unwashed, and untampered fitness
apparel items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its
original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
For hygienic reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These items
include:
• DBW’s Waist Compression Fitness Belt
• DBW "Wrap Me" Band

Steps to Return an Item

 

1. Contact our customer service team at Contact@dreambodywaisted.com to initiate the
   return process. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish
   to return.
   2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
   3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or
   rejection of your refund.

Processing Your Refund

If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to offer an exchange.
Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to
arrange for a replacement.
• Please note that the DBW Compression Fitness belt’s sizing is not measured by
clothing size.
• We advise customers to accurately measure their waist and adhere to the sizing
chart provided on our website to ensure that the correct size is ordered when
purchasing our DBW Compression Fitness Belt. Due to hygienic reasons, DBW’s
Compression Fitness belt and DBW’s “Wrap Me” band are not eligible for return or
exchange.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of
return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
